RECOMMENDATIONS

Greetings. I would like to send a suggestion to Z8games regarding Crossfire. I have been playing Crossfire for over 14 years and have a lot of experience. I have had 4 Crossfire accounts; I remember my first account was called -[B]rayan. I was at the lieutenant colonel level with a silver clover icon, but it was deleted out of nowhere, and I don't know why. Maybe it's because I stopped playing on that account for a long time, and it was lost. My second account, called Elbutaco20 or something like that, had me at the first lieutenant level with a silver bar icon, but then I got careless, and that account also disappeared for the same reason as the first one. My third account, called Brayan123 or something like that, had me at the captain level with two silver bars, and it also disappeared. My fourth account, called Laser*, is the only one I'm still playing, and I'm at the colonel level with a silver bird icon. This account is getting very far because I've organized the software system on my computer, saving my emails and passwords securely. When I play in mutant mode, zombie mode, parkour mode, etc., I almost always get error messages—any kind of error message. These messages say I have a bad connection, that I'm not moving enough, or sometimes the game crashes, closes on its own, the screen freezes, etc. I've always been a loyal and active player, and pay close attention to what I'm about to say: I'm playing a normal match, for example, in mutant mode. The match consists of 5 rounds. We're on round 4, and I've accumulated quite a few points from mutant kills, enemy kills, and round wins. I have a large number of experience points and GP (GP is like the game's currency, and ZP is real money). I'm on round 4 and have a lot of points, placing me at the top of the leaderboard, but at any moment, an error message pops up, or an error appears without warning. And what happens next? It kicks me out of the game, which means all the points I had accumulated in the game were for nothing. I lost my kills, my experience points, my GP points—I lost everything because a bug prevented me from saving my accumulated scores for each game. I only needed to finish one more round to complete the mutant mode game, and after finishing the game, all my accumulated points were automatically saved. So, my suggestion, my recommendation, is that you please increase the experience points and GP in the game, and also improve the experience for all Crossfire players. A player who strives for high scores should have their progress saved automatically. If a player encounters an error in the game, their points shouldn't be lost. Ideally, you should reprogram the game so that each completed round saves both experience points and GP, as well as rounds won and lost, number of kills, number of deaths, and so on. If a player finishes the entire game, their bonus points should be doubled for a better experience, so that errors or bugs don't rob us of our accumulated points. These are all ideas I'm proposing. As a player, I have the right to express my opinion, and I hope you understand. Thank you for your understanding. My email is [REMOVED] so you can send me messages. I'll be waiting. Happy day.

    1. Use only English here.

    2. Arranging sentences, using new paragraphs - will make reading and understanding the requirements easier - otherwise no one has the patience to read a bunch of information in a pile.

    3. Accounts are only deleted at user request / are not deleted because you don't login game, also keep those game account info only for your usage, don't made them public / account recovery is private matter between you and support via support tickets - can't be solved/dicussed on public places as forum or discord.

  • 📧 Suggestion Message for Z8Games (CrossFire)
Subject: Suggestion for Optimizing EXP and GP Persistence in the Face of Critical Errors (Bugs/Crashes) – Player with 14 Years of Experience.

    Message Body:

    Dear Z8Games / CrossFire Team,

I am writing to you as a veteran and loyal CrossFire player with over 14 years of experience. My dedication to the game remains strong, and I currently play using my account Laser*.

My goal is to propose a critical improvement in the management of player progression (EXP and GP) that, if implemented, would significantly enhance the gameplay experience and reward the loyalty of the community.

📌 Current Issue: Progress Loss Due to Critical Errors
Despite having an optimized system and secure credentials, I regularly encounter technical issues during matches (Mutant Mode, Zombies, Parkour, etc.), which result in:

    • Error messages (poor connection, inactivity, etc.)
    • Unexpected game crashes
    • Screen freezes

The most significant impact of these errors is the total loss of accumulated progress in that match. If an error disconnects me in Round 4 of 5, all EXP, GP, kills, and achievements from the previous rounds are completely lost. This is deeply discouraging for active and dedicated players.

💡 My Key Suggestion: Round-Based Point Persistence
My main suggestion is to reprogram the data-saving logic so that accumulated points are not solely dependent on the successful completion of the match.

    Proposed Progress Saving System:

    • Automatic Round-Based Saving: At the end of each round (or at regular intervals), the Experience Points (EXP) and GP earned up to that point should be automatically saved.
      • Benefit: If a player encounters an error in Round 4, the points from Rounds 1, 2, and 3 would already be safely stored in their account, minimizing frustration.
      • Intermediate Statistics Logging: In addition to EXP and GP, the system should also record:
        • Rounds won/lost
        • Number of kills and deaths
      • Full Completion Bonus: To encourage players to stay and finish the match, an extra point multiplier (or doubling) could be implemented for completing the match without errors. This would maintain the reward for full completion while protecting base progress.
👥 Benefits for the Community and the Game
      • Rewards Effort: Ensures that players’ efforts and high scores are recognized, regardless of unexpected technical failures.
      • Improves User Experience: Reduces frustration and demotivation caused by bugs beyond the player’s control.
      • Increases Satisfaction: A fairer progression system will make the community feel valued.
Thank you in advance for taking the time to review this proposal. I hope you consider these ideas to improve the CrossFire experience for all players. My email is brauxon.gamer020@gmail.com. I’ll be attentive to any feedback or clarification.Sincerely, [My Real Name is Brayan] Loyal CrossFire Player (Account: Laser*).
  • If you play over wifi id strongly recommend you to stop doing so. CF by itself is very sensitive to any sort of packet loss - almost 100% DC. Or look for an alternative if possible.

I play on my phone connection (tethering over usb) and it's much better (connection around is not as good as I would prefer - lot of disturbances and so on)

You cannot find your account because it was renamed due to inactivity to: CTM_Randomised cointaining random numbers and letters. This was to free up some nicknames for more active players and has been a thing for a while.

Also Id suggest you to not share ur email as someone could try to forcibly open it using some sort of sw.
