FAQ Database in Discord
Dear Crossfire Team,
I’ve noticed that many of the same questions keep coming up in the Discord (and in-game). This leads to moderators and helpers repeating the same answers again and again, and new players sometimes struggle to find the information they need.
My suggestion:
Create a global FAQ database inside the Discord, either through a bot or a dedicated channel. Players could then use simple commands like !faq login or !faq ping to instantly receive the correct answer.
Topics that could be included
Account & Login
- How to reset a password
- What to do if an account is hacked
- How to enable two-factor authentication
- What to do if no verification email is received
Technical & Performance
- How to fix lag or high ping
- What to do if Crossfire won’t start / keeps crashing
- Which ports need to be opened
- How to optimize FPS
Installation & Updates
- How to install Crossfire
- Fixing updates stuck at 99%
- Repairing corrupted game files
Gameplay & Modes
- Overview of all available modes
- How to unlock weapons & characters
- GP vs. ZP explained
- How the ranking system works
Security & Cheaters
- How to report a cheater
- What happens after a report
- How to avoid fake links and scams
Clans & Community
- How to create or join a clan
- Clan benefits
- Finding teammates
Events & Rewards
- Where to find current events
- How to redeem codes or rewards
- What to do if an event reward is missing
Adding official resources
Many of these answers are already explained on the official Crossfire website (for example, minimum PC requirements, recommended specs, safety tips). Linking or integrating those official pages directly into the Discord FAQ would ensure players always get the most reliable information without needing to leave the server.
Benefits for everyone
- New players can quickly find help without confusion.
- Veterans have a fast reference for common issues.
- Mods and Admins save time by not repeating the same answers daily.
- All members benefit from clear, reliable, and official information.
These are of course only suggestions, and the implementation is entirely up to you. The details (how it works, which system you use, how many topics you include, etc.) should be decided by the team. I just wanted to share an idea that could help make the server even more useful for everyone.
Thank you very much for considering this idea.
Best regards,

Not bad, but discord related suggestion should be placed directly on discord -> #suggestions channel
Support have already a FAQ section on their webpage with most common questions and answers :
https://help.z8games.com/hc/en-us
So basically will be the support FAQ web page placed on discord ... that kind of activity need some time to add a command for each question + the answer .. etc, will not be very easy or fast thing to do.
P.S. and discord server is not intend for support usage so far ( tho players can find there general tips to their problems, for 1v1 assistance they are asked to use support request system from webpage).Gamer since 1997
