Significant errors and issues in the game

I would be very happy if GMs and game administrators actively involved in this matter would contact me. I returned to the game after a 10-15 year hiatus. Seeing the disappointments I encountered, I wished I hadn't returned. I am not a standard player. I am a high-level FPS player. Ping, latency, and lag are very important factors in online FPS games. My average ping values are between 40-49. I have seen many players in the game with ping values of 100-150-200-300.


How is it possible for players with higher ping values to move faster and win the competition over players with lower ping values?


Let's move on to the second topic. Knives. There is a serious inconsistency in knife games. Without repeating the ping issue.


How can a small toy knife provide an advantage over a large sword?


Even if I move earlier than others, I should win the race, but I lose because of the bugs in your game. How can they turn their backs, use their fists and toys, then turn back and kill others to gain such an advantage?


I repeat, I am not an average FPS player; I am a high-level FPS player. After 15 years, I see your game mechanics getting worse every day.


The problems I have observed over the past 15 years are as follows: There is cheating in the game, the management is seriously weak, and there is no manager actively involved in the game.

I request a meeting with the relevant authorities to fix this game.


And I call on the GM team to make this game better. Please take my words seriously and evaluate them.

To make the game better, I am applying to join the GM team as a real player.

    As i know GM are responsable mostly with some website related stuff and support side ( tickets ). 

    Server / network issues is handling by a different team ( as servers are not located under GM desk, instead are spread through different countries ).

    Players experiencing unusual latency should send a support tcket, in case more details are needed
    ( as player IP, ISP name, .. etc ) will be asked privatly through tickets, after all necessary info is collected - > problem is forwarded to network team for investigation and fix if is something from game server side.
    ** Also in regard with latency - there are other factors that may affect ping in game, as the connection pass through many other gateways located in different countries, those are outside a player ISP or z8 reach, if is a problem alongh those internet paths can't be fixed by z8, but that something only network team can investigate.

    Cheaters are present in any online games, something that all game are fighting with, is an endless fight with no permanent and definitive solution until now ( banning IP, hardware ID, mobile numbers .. any other details you can think of to block a cheater to create a new game accoutn after being banned was already tested, tried and failed in many games, as cheaters will always find ways to bypass those blocks )
    As a player we can only report them (in game report toption or savegame and use hack report ticket on website ) and support will ban as will reach the report ticket to be solved, so far those are the only available options to fight cheaters.

    And to apply as a GM first you need to be hired by z8 , is a job as any other job ( ofc this also means you should be able to be present on z8 HQ in Toronto ):

    Ranked zm is full in bugs last period an Noone cares. 
    Gm team must join daily in game and play for can spectate the game situation in game and not only add bad events.

    If not try to fix this game just close it and stop punish the players.

    Can't you see your game is dying? User numbers are dropping, servers are emptying. I'll say it again so you understand. The problem isn't my ping. The problem is other players with high ping. How can they get ahead of me and kill me?


    Whether you get hired or not, you can still be a GM. I'm applying for this position. In this type of industry, it's not mandatory to be in the office. We can work from home.

    I live in Turkey. I can't come to Toronto right away. If you can help me in the future, I might be able to come occasionally.

    I agree with you, my friend. I returned to the game 10-15 years later. But seeing a game that had disappeared and a management team that didn't care about the game disappointed me.

    Measures can be taken against cheaters. It's not impossible. You change the security system and take precautions. I agree with you about macros. They've added an Aim lock feature to the mouse software. They can headshot with a single click.

    The game itself is full of errors.

  • Is there really no one who can give a reasonable answer? Is there not even a single GM in this broken game who can give a reasonable answer?

  • You receive the resonable answer ( whatever if you like or not ) anyway you cand your requests directly to support team and a GM will give an official answer if that's what you are looking for.
