This is a personal opinion from me and many other players. Currently, there are 13 servers in the game, but most of them do not work properly, such as Latem and others with major issues.

As Arab players, we literally represent about 75% of the player base. Therefore, we kindly request the creation of an Arabic server so we can play without the strange issues we face every day.

Also, we wonder why you keep so many old servers active, as they must cost money to maintain. Instead, it would be better to shut them down and invest in a stronger server that can handle the pressure, especially since the game keeps evolving with new maps and weapons. These servers are from 2009 and are unable to handle the current load, which is the main reason for so many problems.

Here are our requests:

1. Create a powerful server that can handle the number of players.

2. Pay more attention to the game, even a little.

3. Improve the anti-cheat system to stop hackers. We believe this is possible since you already blocked many old and new software programs.

4. Do not ban players without a clear reason. Please investigate carefully before banning. Some people play from cyber cafés because they cannot afford a personal PC, and these places often run suspicious software. Players should not be banned unfairly because of this.

5. When launching the game, it freezes for two minutes for no reason. Please fix this issue.

Finally, we kindly ask you to care more about the game and bring meaningful updates, as it has become repetitive and boring.
