60 FPS Limit

I was playing CrossFire and had a stable 240 FPS. But today my FPS is 60 and doesn't go higher, and I haven't changed anything in the settings

Something is possible to be changed on windows side ( as on GPU settings ) :
- if on GPU driver vsync is enabled ( Vertical Synchronization ) and your display is set @ 60 Hz then GPU will render the same amount of FPS as the refresh rate.
