For some reason I can't see the attached photo.

I guess you are a Marshall, which means you have 5 stars in your icon. This level is achieved by reaching the amount of 26.564.452 EXP in the game.

If you want to rise to the rank of Grand Marshall (one mega-star with a purple or red background) you need to reach the amount of 100.000.000 EXP, almost x3 the amount of EXP needed to be a Marshall.
