Can't change my character

Hey,

after a long time I started the game again.

So I wanted to change my Character from SPOP to SAS in my Inventory, but it only stays for one game and then changes back to the SPOP character.

Am I just to dumb ?

Of course I also pressed "select char" in the bottom corner.
