Disallowed programm

Hello! I bought a new wireless mouse. And it started crashing due to "Disallowed programm". The mouse is from Ardor Gaming Chimera. What should I do?

    Check programs running in background - one of those programs may interfeer with game , close each program one by one until you won't receive the error ( then you will know what program should stay closed before start game) 
    Is possible to be the mouse program ( if mouse have a program running )
    If you keep have problems please send a support ticket about the error you get.
