Account Recovery
Hello There,
I've been struggling with Z8 Support for 5 years now, trying to recover my stolen account.
The info that I got:
-I have the original confirmation email
-Access to the original registered email address
-security question and its answer
-date of creation
-Login ID
-First IGN
-Second IGN
-Forum Name
-First password
-only survey ZP was added to the account so no transaction ID available
-Dates/Amounts of ZP added to the account through surveys
GM still saying that i'm not the owner of the account or that info doesn't match their records, and they're not even reading the messages i sent they just respond with automated emails.
Before you start gaslighting me and saying i'm not the owner and whatnot please keep in mind that those info didn't just come out of nowhere and as an account owner i should know them so that's why.
I need to communicate with an actual human through any channel like a live chat or discord or anything, this ticket stuff is just not working and i feel like you guys are ignoring all the players and GMs don't actually care anymore like they used to be.
I already sent out like +20 tickets and i always get the same response and I'm 100% sure that those info are correct because they're all in the mail you guys sent me and I have all the proof I need and screenshots of everything just so i don't forget anything.
I understand that screenshots are not applicable as a proof for you guys its just so i don't forget the account info (for my own reference) , that's why i suggested different methods such as forwarding you guys the first confirmation email sent from Z8Games or communicating with one of the GMs through a discord channel or livechat or whatever.

I need anyones assist if that's possible, my account was stolen back in 2020 and the hacker changed the email address. i have all the info needed and i keep making tickets but they ask for the current registered email address and a transaction ID which i don't have because i haven't made a purchase on the account ever. I type all the info i have in the mail itself including: First password, first IGN, First email registered, Security question and the answer, and a support ticket ID that was opened through the account, etc. I still don't have the current registered account or the transaction ID so the GM keeps saying that the info doesn't match their records. what should i do? -

what about the transaction ID? And i did type the last email address registered and they keep saying that info doesn't match their records as an automated message its like they don't even read the msg i write. I can assure you I'm the owner of the account how else would i know the first password and first email address..etc. but they keep denying the request, i have literally tried everything for 3 years now since 2022 and still got nothing. wish they got live chat or something other than tickets so we can actually have a convo like normal people do. This system hasn't changed for more than a decade now. Please update your system and your policies, we are getting frustrated! and by "we" i mean the OG players which are all u got tbh in 2025 your game doesn't stand a chance in the market but we still play it for the nostalgia. DO NOT TAKE THAT AWAY FROM US.

Transaction ID is a combination of numbers and letters generated by the service used to buy ZP , AFTER the transaction was successful,
Transaction details (transaction ID, amount of money, date and time of thransaction ..etc) usually is send to your email by the service used OR can be found in transaction history on your payment service account ( as Paysafe account, PayPal account, Razer gold account, if you directly buy ZP with a credit/debit card -> details + transaction ID can be found on your bank account transaction ..etc )
BUT transactions alone can't entierly prove a game account ownership, more correct details are required,
* Btw pass is encrypted on server side - so support can't see your game account password, this is not a valid info.

i did explain in the email that i didn't make any payments and the request got denied. They requested 3 things which are first registered email address, first IGN and payment ID. I wrote all the info correctly as i still own that first registered email and i still have the first confirmation email that contains some info about the account which was sent to me when i created the account. another question, is there anyway i can forward that email (that was sent by z8games) to you guys so you can check for yourself that i am the account owner?

Nope, only support staff handle account things, and informations you have on first email received from z8 is only for your eyes as to be used as needed.
* the email received from z8 after account was created should have all the info you need, ( as login ID + security question + answer ) also the date when you receive-it is the date when account was created, carefull when you complete dates on ticket form as they expect to be on MM/DD/YYYY format and not on DD/MM/YYYYGamer since 1997 -
Again, i sent all the correct info (please don't say that my account info are not correct because i still have the original mail that was sent to me) and i again requested to change the email address. The GM asked for my first IGN and first registered email and transaction ID, i sent them all of that and typed N/A in the transaction ID section, and they still didn't approve of my request its like i'm talking to a robot who doesn't even read my message! they say they do read them but they actually don't! they don't care about the players or anything for that matter its just an automated message that literally hasn't changed for 5 YEARS!!!!!!!! YES I'VE BEEN IN THIS HUSTLE WITH YOU FOR 5 FREAKIN YEARS! I NEED SOMEONE SUPERIOR TO A GM TO SPEAK TO BECAUSE THIS IS UNREAL! KINDLY LET ME TO WHO CAN I TALK TO ABOUT THIS ISSUE. GMs are getting very bad at doing their job.
