What Are the Key Steps to Recover a Hacked Account?

This issue is very important to me, and I truly don’t want to waste anyone’s time.
What’s the fastest and most effective way to recover my account? I’ve been trying for months without success.
I’m sure some steps aren’t essential, and it feels like I’m wasting time and energy collecting unnecessary proof just to prove the account is mine.
I understand the support system isn’t perfect, but I really need answers — waiting 90 days just because the email or 2FA was changed is honestly very frustrating.

1. If the email was not changed, the most easy way is to change password using email :

2. If the email was changed and obviously you don't know the new email : then you need another game account ( create one if you need ) -> send a support ticket -> account recovery

* The only info you need are those you set-up upon account creation, those info are send to email used to create game account on first email you receive from z8 after account was created.
** In the absence of enough correct info required is impossible to prove you are the account creator
( in game images are not valid proof, and transactions details alone are not enough )
*** After support change email OR remove 2FA as a result of a ticket request
( thb that ticket must also contain enough correct info, same as in case of account recovery ) -> game account is placed under a 90 days pause -> means no other account recovery, email change or 2FA removal ticket can be processed during that time.
There are no other ways.
