LastError 0x5 Please Help

Hello so I haven't played long time ago, then I tried to open it, update it, then it appears an error message saying ' [LastError : 0x5] Access is denied. ', I tried reinstall the game from the official website and still problem appears again, please help.

have the same problem some people say it helps if you uninstall windows and reinstall but there have to be another solution for this

i found 1 more solution men you go from windows to settings recovery and then you choose solve problems via an update to windows then its reinstalling new repaired version on windows and it worked for me

it doesnt delete any other apps only windows so dont worry to try it
