Claim Name of inactive user

Hello, 

I wanted to claim a name of an inactive user but the support does not change name on request anymore. Reply was that the inactive user will receive the "CTM" name after the next update. This was 3 Updates ago and the IGN of the inactive player is still not changed. Does anybody know after what time inactive users will receive the "CTM" name? I know for sure  that the account I want to claim the name from is inactive and has not logged in for months/years.
