I can't create an application in this section as I got an error at the payment stage and no

Transaction ID!!!! I have applied in general errors, but soon it will be 24 hours as no one responds to me!!!I have attached even a bank statement of successful payment.

Transaction ID you can found on transaction details listed on your bank account - see payments details to Smilegate / Z8Games ( since you say money are deducted from your card - must be a transaction history with other details ).

The transaction ID, as far as I remember, only on the game site after a successful operation.But the operation was not successful and the error I indicated above.In the bank statement it is not, only the date, time, to whom the payment was made, the amount of payment and the card number, that's all there is! Screenshot of the bank statement I fixed in the support service request.

1. Refund can be used only once / account IF you send the refund ticket in first 48 hours after you buy the wrong item, so the item will be removed and you will get the ZP back on your game account.
Money spend on ZP can't be refunded as those trades are defivinive, for all details see Terms and Conditions we all agree with upon game account creation :

* In your case, as I understand, the transaction was not completed - this means the money did not reach Z8 therefore you did not receive ZP - >in this case the money should be returned to your bank account by the service through which it was made the transaction, this may take several working days (usually is 5-7 days), depending on the policy for unsuccessful transactions of the payment service used, this aspect is not under the control of z8.

2. Your ticket will be answered as soon as will reach first line to be solved.
