Why boxes dont open?

I received boxes for reaching a rank and I can't pick anything up, it says: select 2 items, I select, click to pick up, the window closes and the box stays in place and nothing appears in the storage

As far as i remember you need to complete the required rank.
Example: if the box require General 2 stars , you can open when you finish General 2 stars ( when attain General 3 stars) .
Still if you meet the requirements and can't receive prizes from box you should send a support ticket.
