recovery problem

Info you need are found on the first email you receive after creating the account,
account creation date is the date when you receive the email from z8 after game account was created.

In regard with transactions : you need the service name (Paypal, Paysafe, onecard ..etc ) and transaction ID ( BUT the transaction ID is not the code used to get ZP, transaction ID is different number generated after transaction was made, usually is send to your email or can be found on the account you have on service used to buy zp, on transaction details from bank account, etc )
