Support problems

Hey, i want to send a support ticket but it doesn't work. I only get error messages that makes no sense.
-"A cross site request forgery attempt has been detected...*
"Invalid department ID specified, please select a valid department".

What is this? I need help. I tried it on the PC and now on the smartphone again and it doesn't work
