The "game installation files" / "source file" is corrupted!

Hey,

This is my last desperate attempt to tell the management about this issue. I've messaged TheShadowRO on Discord, he tried to help (Thanks to him), when he couldn't, he told me to sent a support ticket.

I've sent not one but two support tickets. One of them (#XOP-717-26747) got a reply from [GM]Xenon. He thought it was about a game bug, but in fact, it's with the game installation. The other ticket was ignored.

I'll type here what I did EXACTLY when I tried to download the game.

On December 19, I remembered the days I spent playing crossfire in the sni [nothing important here for the management].
I went to your home download page to download the game files, and I used the following link to download the application to download the installation files.

I've pressed "OFFICIAL DOWNLOADER" and I've downloaded the "CrossFireWest" program.

I've run it and selected a custom folder to download the 8 files. Everything was fine, I've downloaded 7 .bin files and 1 exe file, the "CrossFire_Setup".

Once the files were downloaded successfully, the "OFFICIAL DOWNLOADER" was closed and the "CrossFire_Setup.exe" opened, I've agreed to the agreement and proceeded with installing the game.

NOW, during the installation, I've run into this issue:

I CAN'T SOLVE IT IN ANY WAY.

I've tried the following stuff, (nothing worked at all):
- Tried to run the installation on another device (My brother's PC), same problem.
- Deleted the "CrossFire_Setup-1.bin" and downloaded it again, same issue.
- Deleted "CrossFireWest" aka "OFFICIAL DOWNLOADER", and downloaded it again to verify the files if they're corrupted in any way or not, >>>THEY'RE NOT!<<<
- Deleted and downloaded the "CrossFire_Setup" multiple times, didn't work.


Please don't tell me to delete and download the files again, I've already did that and they're still corrupted.....

HELP!
