Winning same item multiple time from crates!

Hello all.
I think it’s more players in my situation.
I have spin crates for the M4A1-S-Iron Carnelian and I won the same item twice. 
The problem is: I don’t need the same item twice. 
Why do we don’t get the options to change that if we get same item in multiple times?
Or why for example don’t disable the item already won by a player to avoid the chances of multiple items won?

What am I supposed to do with two M4A1-S-Iron Carnelian won from crates? I only need it one M4A1-S-Iron Carnelian and another one random but not the same M4A1-S-Iron Carnelian.
