discord ban and password reset

Hey Dear GMs,
first Q. is it possible to unban me from discord server (reason : was not active)
second Q. how i can reset or remove forum account password (my main account has a password that i can't remember)

if Second Q requires sending support ticket please inform me which category should i choose.

    1. For discord : you can send me a DM on discord -> theshadowro
    so i can check your discord account status.
    (P.S. not being active on discord is not a ban reason , must be something else).

    2. You can reset game account pass using Forgot Your Password? link on website login page.
    IF you can't access the email OR email is not send ( whatever the reason ) -> send a support ticket on website -> account administration -> account recovery.
    ( you need to login first, so you can create a new game account if you need ).
