I got a doubt with a rank award weapon

Hi, i recently i achieved Brigadier General 1 rank, and i received an award from the game.
It shows an ak 47 yellow fractal and it appears on my inventory.
It has an advertise that says "Must need meet rank requirement"
So, my question is: Where i can read or meet rank requirements in order to recieve this weapon.
