The game dont start up

Hello i just downloaded the lastest official game downloader and installed the game , after i open cf patcher and click the start button , nothing happens at all and the patcher closes without displaying any error message
Iam using windows 7, 64 bit

Processer : pentium R dual core
Graphic card : geforce gt 710
Ram : 6 gb
Direct x 11

I have same issue here, start game and failed to connect to servers error on loading screen
