Packages disappearing or not even appearing?

Hi,

I was waiting to buy my beast trophy package, but it disappeared from the shop with 300 days left.

I saw a video today, of a person buying a package with the ak-47 lantern beast, but it doesn't even appear in the shop of any of my accounts.

Does this happen to everybody?

    Each package have own requirements to became available, as example :

    1. AK Lantern package is a returning users package. They must have not logged into the game for 30days
    2. Beast Trophy-Silver Package is are for users that spent 10k ZP in the last 30days.

    For more details about each package requirements you can ask support in a ticket.
