Bundeswehr:
Should come with a new German weapon to suit it (eyes on the MG36 and/or USP).
MI6:
Should come with a new British weapon to suit the character (SA80 preferably).
Marine Force Recon:
Should come with an American weapon (M110 SASS, M14 or M16A4).
FARC:
Should come with their most common weapons (most common is AKM but seeing as it's very similar to AK47 make it their main machine gun, the RPD). -

for the german weapon id suggest the mp5k as heckler and koch is real popular in germany -

It wouldn't be much different though to the current SMGs such as the MP7, MP5 or P90. This is why I say USP or MG36 as they would be unique. By the way the USP is also from Heckler & Koch so it's quite popular too.
