Recover your game login password

Hi all I decided to return to the game, but there is a problem I remember the login and password for the site, but not for logging into the game, tell me where I can restore it?

Website and game use same Login ID + password, are not different.

To reset game acount password you can use : Forgot Your Password? ( on game login webpage )
OR - in case you did not receive change password ermail -> use another account ( create a new one if you need ) and send a support ticket -> crossfire support -> account recovery
