I have a problem
I have an account from 2011, which is very old, so I went back to playing it and the account was working and I loaded some ZP cards into it and after a month it stopped on its own and when sending a ticket they want the secret question data and these things and of course because I remember them what is the solution and knowing that I did not change any data logging into the account

On a game account -> only registered email and password can be changed.
Those things are not changed by itself, it can be changed by user from account option OR support can change the email IF you are able to send account recovery ticket with enough correct informations, there is no other ways.
After you create an account -> z8 send you an email with all account details -> if you have that email then you should have all info to recover your account.
If you are not able to provide enough correct information then support won't change email.Gamer since 1997
