Changing email address with no access

I am a returning player. It's been very long time (like 10 years) since I played Crossfire. Before I was using my school email address but now I do not have access to it. I tried to submit a ticket but I also cannot remember the questions they ask me to provide. What should I do to change my email address associate to my account?
