Banned on Discord

So, I was banned on discord after joining the server having not typed anything or discussed anything, just simply joining. Then I open a ticket because that seemed the only reasonable way to get a hold on why I was banned but I get a response that is very silly because I cannot bring up a ban on Discord without being able to join the Discord and get it explained to me?
