Crossfire auto close issue in my computer

The game automatically exits after starting it for about 5 minutes, knowing that all components of the computer are intact. I created a new Windows and downloaded the game from the site again, and the problem persists until now. Please help.

Other general tips:

- check temperatures on CPU and GPU (if your machine is running too hot is a reason to force game to close),

- check other programs running in background ( close all other programs), for example notifications from other programs may force game to close or minimize.

- add game to all antivirus and firewall exceptions and set game to start as administrator.

same problem. I decided to delete the game and all traces, but it seems to me that installing Java helped.
