Nerf Smoke-Anniversary

It's nice to see more smoke colors in the game but you simply can't see through it, even with smoke helmet on. Pretty much every player has it equipped and since it's permanent, something needs to be done. Adjust the 'thickness' of the smoke or whatever you call it, it's necessary.
