Thinking of installing the game after like 3 years.....

Is it still fine to cheat? What kind of cheats are available? I missed killing people through walls 🧱

Cheating was never "fine" (yes, I feel your "humor", but please keep your sarcasm to yourself).

For reported cheaters it might take longer to get banned from the game than we want, but many players are banned every day.

Now you have the option to report obvious cheaters in game and you will get a message from the system a few days later "a reported player has been banned".

For macros, bots, bug exploits.. and other actions that break the game rules, you need to save the game (or make a print screen in game mode where savegame is not available) and submit a report ticket on the website.

P.S. Use only English and don't joke about cheating - you might get banned from the forum.
