is email changing bugging ?

Hey Guys, i will change my email, i have full email acc data, my account is 11 years old

But when i press Change email, and enter the new email so I can't get a link to my old email.

With my other account is all ok and work, is too web.de.

Does anyone else have the problem ?

Some email providers don't deliver incoming emails from z8 domain ( yahoo is one of them ).
Check email filters and spam folder, if you still don't receive the email then send a support ticket -> email change.

i have web.de email and will change to web.de but i dont become a email on my main email. and i dont can make passwort forget, is comming a note : The account is not available for recovery. i dont know why.

"Account is not available for recovery" = there is no game account associated with the email used on reset password.

Therefore your last chance -> send a support ticket -> account administration -> account recovery.
