I want to reset my password and with no result. my email address its not working for recovery.
if my email address is correct, can I still reset my password? or my email address was compromise and I cannot reset the password.
or where can I see that email with [welcome to z8 game] I try spam folder, trash, archive any idea where?
or its Rong email I try every email I have with no result.

    1. "Account unavailable for recovery" = the email you complete to reset a game account password is not registered to a game account.

    2. If you don't receive the email to reset password ( whatever is the cause ) -> last chance is to send a support ticket -> account administration -> account recovery.
