Stolen account and ban from Discord server

I have been away from the game for more than 5 or 6 years because my account was stolen from someone, and whoever stole it has not opened the account yet, and I have evidence proving that this account is mine, and it is not the first time I have communicated with you because of this matter, and there is also a problem. I am trying to log into the server. Discord: I found myself getting banned from the server, and I don't know why

1. for game account the only solution is to send a support ticker -> account administration -> account recovery

2. for discord : send me a DM , discord: theshadowro ( send add friend if we don't share any other discord server) so i can check you discord account status.
