What are the ports to forward for Cf on pc?

Crossfire - PC

TCP: 10009, 13008
UDP: 10009, 13008

are these the CF ports?
I have used a IPv4 static IP but the differences are negligible same as normal

Also is the current server location london I get a 33ms max ping to london which is fine just wondering

As far as i know are 13008 and 16666 , both TCP and UDP ( at least how i set on my side ).

To be 100% sure you better ask support on a ticket.
