i would say 3% of the players are german.
I know that the clan: "Taktlos" is actually a German clan and there are a plenty others. IF u play public and u see somoene with a ping between 5-25, there is a high chance that its a german player since the Servers are stationated in FRANKFURT (Germany). So just ask them in chat xd
