Incorrect username and password
I have been reset my password for 2 times through email. it just keep saying incorrect username and password everytime I tried to log on. I do know i have to submit a ticket for it but I can't even log on. there is no permission for me to submit a ticket. please let me know what is going on and solution for it. Thanks
