Hello guys

today I decided to make a try to recover my stolen account.

I know the ID , the first in game name and the old email and I have also 2 transaction methods of this account . But I don’t know the answers about current email / security answer and the creation date

is there any chance to recover the account ? Any idea?

    1. Only support can help through account recovery ticket. 
    2. Account creation date, security question + answer , login ID, and all other details you set upon account creation (except password and email) CAN'T be changed later.
    3. On required email : write last email registered to account before was stolen
    4. Transactions ID are a special code provided by email or inside purchase history of your paysafe, paypal, razer account, etc AFTER the transaction is done, so the prepau code used to actually buy ZP is not the same with transaction ID.
    5. Send all correct info you know to support and if is enough support will ask you for a new email ELSE ticket won't be accepted and there is no other way.
