can't change any settings

i cant change any settings in the game.
whenever i try to change resolution/sensibility/sounds it resets.
for exemple if i turn the music volume down or off it resets once i rejoin a server or join a game
also it wont change resolution or mouse sensibility no matter what. not even in-game
i've reinstalled the game 3 times and it still happens. i can add a video if need

    Game not save settings - > means the game is unable to write inside My Documents \ Cross Fire \
    possible causes : 
    1. microsoft one drive is running in background and keep sync files inside My Documents - just close one drive
    2. antivirus protection deny game the write access inside My Documents - add game to all antivirus exceptions
    3. run game as administrator / other programs don't allow cf game to write inside My Documents or a windows policy restriction ..etc
    4. if you still have problems send a support ticket.
