Mouse issue (probably polling rate)

Hello, I started playing crossfire recently but I find it really difficult because the mouse is not responsive at all and it makes the game unplayable for me. I am using a RAZER Deathadder Essential mouse and never had any issues with it before in other games.

I tried turning the polling rate support on in game settings, but it still feels like the mouse is just floating around and it makes the aiming super hard,

tried turning mouse acceleration off in windows and it didn't do much either,

tried loweing the polling rate in mouse software (least it could do was 500hz) and it still didn't do much,

what else can I do without getting a new mouse?

Ultra trash game, full of bugs.

I used deathadder 2013 and deathadder elite , now i use viper mini and none of those have any of those issues on my side.
I use pooling rate 1000 , DPI between 1200 and 3400, no acceleration (if the mouse have this option available), windows control pannel -> additional mouse option : enhance pointer precision - disabled
If you keep have problems you can try to test the mouse on a different PC / test a different mouse if is possible, finally send a support ticket with all the problem info on your side.
