Am I banned on Discord? I can´t join the discord-server.

Hello, I wanted to join the discord server to report a bug. After I was entering the server I instantly got kicked out of the server and now i cant rejoin the server. I didn´t send a single Message, i had no inappropiate name or profile picture. I was just reading the rules the moment i got kicked. The problem I wanted to report was, that today always when i qeued into a ranked game, the game wouldn´t start and i was stuck in the mainscreen. I always had to close the game which made me lose rating points.
Please Help.
