1. You can reset password using the email registered to game account :

If you don't have access to email ( whatever the reason ) , then you need to create a new game account -> submit a ticket -> account administration -> select account recovery , complete required info and send. If you provide enough correct info then support will ask for a new email, after support change the email you can use the new email to reset game pass.

There are no other ways.
