Ranked error at 45%

Hi my ingame name is [TG]Stonx and i play rank everyday but after the last update me and many other player experience error when we are about to start a game, when the game is loading if it immediately shows 45% then we getr an error. can you please solve this problem because i already lost so many point and 3-4 ranks
