Game dont start pls help!!!

hey friends, 
i have a problem and cant found anything that can me help :( 

when i start cf it works fine but when i would like start a match it dont load more than 85% and hangs himself

i hope anyone can help me

    Check what other program are running on background AND see if they have in game overlay option active -> deactivate or close the program
    As example, most common:  close overwolf , then check in game overlay on nvidia experience and discord.

    If you still have problems then send a support ticket.
