Terms of Use - What changed and what does the changes mean?

Basically the title, does anyone know what exactly changed from the previous terms of use? and what exactly those changes mean?

Because it all seems like something big is about to happen, is z8 leaving CF as publisher? or CF West getting closed?

    Nope, nothing big seems to be happening, clearly you haven't read the previous terms and conditions or the current ones, otherwise you should already have your questions answered.
    Basically, there are some updates/changes, mainly to the "COPYRIGHT INFO/NOTICES" but everything else remains mostly the same as far as I can tell (I've read the previous terms, but I really don't remember everything word for word to compare with the current ones).
