GM's... What about this?

1. Support tickets are only for your eyes, don't post here any images, if you have related questions you can ask support on another ticket, they can also view all your previous tickets.
2. As observation ->  "Time when Hacking Occurred" is the time from savegame you attached and not the time from real world, if you specify the time from savegame will help support to faster review-it.

could it be because the focused on the in-game report system that might be a faster way to take action and abandoned the old system due to the fact that it would be hard to analyze all those replays that probably would still leave them confused on either ban or not a player?
