disconnected from server

I was having the same problem during January. I used to get "disconnected from server" and "Error 3025_5", "Error 3026_5", etc messages. 
Send a support ticket and a GM will tend to your problem and give you instructions on how to fix it. 
As I always say, it might laso help to uninstall and re-install the game from scratch. Works most of the time.
