i need to solve this problem asap

1. check drive c:\ for errors ( you may use chkdsk command , see tutorials on internet how to use )
2. delete all downloaded game files and redownload the game from website.
3. temporary disable antivirus , install game, add game to all antivirus exceptions, enable antivirus.
4. set game to start as administrator.
5. If you keep have problems send a support ticket.
