Crossfire admin is idle

How long can Crossfire players tolerate these game crashes? Why haven't admins been able to fix this for months now? But they can turn on the GM in the game and kill everyone for fun. Now it’s clear why the game still hasn’t fixed errors with tickets or when entering a room and then into the game, the game just freezes and you can’t play !!! And this is not because my Internet is bad or everything is in order with the iron !!! We just have bad admins who are inactive in such situations!! Who will give me back the time when I play 3M or Public and I crash and I get nothing in return in terms of experience and game points, because the game thinks that I left the game myself! Players, I ask you to be indifferent to our situation and support me so that the admins start working, and not have fun with us in the game, including the GM and spoil our games !!!!! Thank you for your attention!

    1. Only devs handle erorrs and game patches
    2. GM's are not game devs.
    3. Send a support ticket in regart with issues you have in game, if support need more info will ask you on a ticket reply

    All the info gathered from players via support tickets is send to devs.

    I already sent a request to the support service and besides the fact that they are sorry that I lost time and did not get any experience, I didn’t hear anything else, and this is not the first game, you just play and then you get an error and you are kicked out of the game, and this is already this is not the first time such a situation and motivation with such errors and bugs is fading away and my post is a complaint against the CrossFire administration that how much time has passed and the errors have not gone away and it has become even worse !!!! So I'm waiting for an answer! I sent a request to support, as I say, and I only hear that we will fix it soon! When will this time be? When will I leave the game????? Because there is no motivation to play with such errors because of which the game just crashes !!!!!
