I can't hear where it's coming from

Most usual cause i know about is related to windows version.

In case you are using windows 10 version N , this one is missing all multimedia features, so you need to install microsoft media feature pack ( restart PC after is done ).
Depending on windows build version this package can be found as an optional windows update OR you need to manually download and install, see this page :

If you don't use windows N , or the microsoft answer from above don't solve your problem, then please send a support ticket.
