    Blaster skills stay at lvl1, anyone looking at it?

    I tried sending a support ticket, the support staff said it was already fixed and immediately closed my ticket without giving me a chance to reply. I don't even think they read past the second sentence before closing it... So much for support tickets...

    Any other options? It's never going to be fixed if the support staff thinks the problem is over and done with.

    I just tested today on a ZM4 game : 
    - each blaster skill became available to be used as soon as you receive at least one of each required buff type
    - each buff type can increase up to lvl 5.




     I tested a solo run for few minutes, summoning only lvl 1 boss and one lvl 2 ( tho was a pain to kill-it ) - and blaster skill buffs can increase more then lvl 1:

    I do solo 1* and 2* boss runs regularly. My blaster skills haven't been leveling up at all. Here's a video from a run I just finished less than an hour ago as of this comment, showing I've done multiple 2* bosses and a bit of zombie grinding. Still no drops. Still broken.

    Mind the audio, I forgot to mute radio messages.

    I appreciate you trying to help, by the way. The fact that it works for you could mean there's something wrong with my account specifically.

    1. Blaster skill buffs random drops ONLY from bosses ( and those red pots ), normal zombies i think won't increase blaster skills
    2. Try on a 5 players room, where to summon and kill lvl 1,2,3 boss.
    3. If on a 5 players still don't increase then made a print screen at the last minute with blaster skill and send another support ticket -> bug report where to describe the problem.

    1. No, skill upgrades are supposed to drop from common zombies after you unlock the initial skills from bosses. They have since the map was introduced. This is a recent problem. The anniversary content update broke it. Besides, bosses aren't dropping them either.
    2. It's janky sometimes but it generally works in 5 player rooms. Solo runs are the problem. I'm only talking about solo runs.
    3. Like I said, support staff already thinks the problem is solved so they're just going to think I'm spamming them with old, irrelevant reports and keep closing my tickets. I'll wait until the next patch. If it's still broken by then, I'll try submitting another ticket.

    I realized you're probably an EU player and I can only do full team runs on EU servers because NA is empty, so all my functional runs were also on EU... Sure enough, I did a run on [Europe - Delta] and it worked.

    Any chance you could do another test run but on [North America - Alpha] to confirm that it's broken, please? It seems the fix was only applied to European servers.

    That EU server run had a different issue, though. It sometimes took 2 or 3 bosses to get the next skill. Not a big deal in the long run but still something to mention.
